However, in the case something does happen and your website needs emergency care, we will be there right by its side communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf.

We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

You simply send us an email with clear instructions on the content you want to change on your website and we get straight to work and let you know when it’s done – usually by the next business day.

Changes include any text or image change that will take us 30 minutes or less. This typically covers things like updating an event page, adding a testimonials section or editing your menu items.

These tasks do not cover advanced or custom features like an online shop or membership section. They also don’t cover graphic design tasks.  Simple.

30 minute Support Time that does not rollover for Care plan, 60 minute Support Time that does not rollover for Care plan for the Peace of Mind plan, and 240 minute Support Time that does not rollover for Care plan. Anything over is billed at our standard hourly rate.

Like a lawyer’s retainer, the monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue and our resources, therefore it does not rollover. You can take peace of mind that  your request will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.

Email is our preferred form of communication and provides the quickest and easiest response with tracking and history. However, we know brainstorming and strategy works best on the phone or on a video call. These consulting calls are reserved for our master plan clients. These calls help websites achieve their goals and reach a broader audience and really drive business to stay on top of its goals. Clients use this time for online screen-share small updates or training.

If you have a task that is beyond what is included in your plan, we’ll need you to fill in a separate project brief so we can be clear on what you need and create a separate quote.

However, many times we will evaluate requests that exceed your plan on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at the support rate listed on your plan.

Absolutely. Although we prefer to use our recommended providers, we’ll review your web hosting and talk to your hosting company to make sure it will fit your needs best.

Includes software firewall, bad bot blocking, file and database security, comment and form spam protection.

Yes we have the know-how and bandwidth for these sites. They do require Piece of Mind or higher plans for full quality service.

Your Credit Card will be charged automatically each month on the day you signed up initially.

Once you sign up and provide login credentials, we’ll have your plan set up within 1-2 business days. Simple.

Yes! However, it’s vital that we take a detailed audit and security exam at how your website has been built so we can effectively manage it moving forward. For websites not built by us, we require a web tune-up service. This costs a one-off payment of $497.

We are all about building a valuable relationship with you and your website, so we would hate to see you go but we know financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in.
